Join me in Austin, Texas for the Vetra Fitness Yoga Retreat - a very special weekend of exploring and improving your focus and discipline both on and off the mat. I will lead you through six sessions of yoga, journaling, and group reflection, centered around three steps of goal achievement:
Identifying our goal;
Establishing what we need to reach it; and
Working for it!
You will share delicious meals with new friends, learn about yourself, and get stronger. We will all leave feeling energized, motivated, and confident.
This retreat includes:
* Two late afternoon alignment based yoga sessions
* Two early morning awakening Vinyasa practices
* One midday energizing flow
* Final group practice - moving meditation
* Group journal writing and reflection following each yoga practice (journals provided)
* Breakfast and lunch on Saturday; breakfast on Sunday
* Single and double occupancy lodging options in beautiful Barton Hills, Austin
